Circle of Rezal

The Circle of Rezal is a shrine dedicated to the Mystic Luya, the white moon. Here, during a full moon, magical artifact can be recharged, or in some cases, created. The shrine is located on the summit of the mount of the same name, located in western Karan, along the border with Istagon and Shalème.
