Create Magical Scrolls

With this competency, it is possible to transfer magic and spells to paper, to be used later. Magic users are always looking for someone with this skill, because it is complicated and hard to find.

The level of the spell on the scroll can never be higher than the level of expertise with this ability. The character must know how to write and know the appropriate language to use (based on the type of magic of the spell, such Magil for Arcanes). Enchanted ink must be used.
