Detect Lies

It is almost impossible to lie to a Chevalios and get away with it. These Odin's disciples are masters in the art of interrogation and of knowing if someone is telling the truth or not. They study the behaviour of an individual, including the smallest of gesture or reaction, and are able to detect anomalies to determine if someone is hiding something.

This is why the Chevalios are often selected as judges or advisers to kings and queens.

This ability lets the character detect if someone is trying to make up a story or lie. Initially, it is not possible to know what is the lie, but with expertise, the character gets better at pinpointing what is made up, and what is true.

This ability offers a good opportunity for role-playing, because often, on a failed roll, the character will not know they failed.
