Attack Critical: Master

This powerful talent permanently increases the critical chance to produce a powerful attack (result determined by a table) by 1. If the character had critical chances of 20, this means that with this talent, on a roll of 19, the attack is always successful and the damage doubled (or other effects, if the DM is using a table with multiple possible results).
