Casting: Dual

The talent of dual casting is the ability to cast two spells in quick succession, in the same round.

Both spells have to take effect in the same round and the speed of the slowest spell is always used. If a spell takes multiple rounds to take effect, dual casting can only be used when the spell manifests or ends.
