Dreambane’s grey-green leaves emit a bitter, lingering scent and grow thick in the swamps and jungles of Arvelas. Teas, poultices, or even placing its roots beneath a pillow can blunt nightmares, but they often bring only an uneasy, shallow slumber, leaving true rest elusive.

Coveted by apothecaries and wizards for its subtle effects, few dare to cultivate Dreambane beyond its native wilds, deterred by both its pungent scent and its unsettling influence on sleep.
