Feebleminded

This condition is much feared by wizards and the like, as it affects intelligence and the ability to make decisions. During this condition, a severe penalty is taken on INT checks. The victim can easily be taken advantage of, having a limited intelligence and judgement. Basically, the victim can be convinced of almost anything, and their actions will reflect this belief. Because intelligence is directly impacted, the victim cannot cast any spell or do anything else that requires use of the mind.
