Trade and barter

The individual with this ability can estimate the value and authenticity of most objects, from antiques, rare objects, art pieces, cut stones and other similar objects. The ability do not permit to evaluate weapons, armours or natural stones. Those are gained from other abilities.

More importantly, individuals with this ability know how to negotiate and barter, either to get a lower price when purchasing, or a high price when selling. The exact amount depends on the quality of the success roll and the inclination of the other person bartering. Note that on a missed roll, negotiations are taking a bad turn, with the other person becoming impatient, and in some cases, unwilling to barter further.
