Bond: Telepathy

The caster forges a telepathic link with another creature, psychically linking herself with the target. An INT of at least 2 is required for the link to work.

For the duration, the targets⁠ can communicate telepathically through the bond whether or not they have a common language. The communication is possible over any distance.
