Read: Ciphered Magil

This spell allows the caster to read the language of Magil when it is encoded. To be successful, the level of this spell must be equal or greater than the magic of the cipher (for example, if the ciphered Magil is +2, then, this spell must be cast at that same level - which is attained either by using a scroll, or by a caster level 8 or more).
