The spirit of Arvelas is a force that some people claim to be able to feel. Others do not believe it even exists. There doesn't seem to be any correlation between the different stories of those who have felt it. It seems like it can happen anywhere, at any time, as long as the individual is open to it, and is basking in the world around him.
