Paralyzed

A paralyzed victim cannot move at all for the length of the condition. During this time, she is conscious and if her eyes are open, she can see everything that is happening (although the eyes cannot move). A penalty to Evasion is received, but contrary to being asleep, being hit will not break the condition.
